Hiring UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with extensive knowledge in web UI, responsive platform UI, wireframe layout creation and project collaboration – who can balance thoughtfulness with agility, product and business understanding with craftsmanship and attention to details. You’ll be working in a fast paced environment and see your designs move from idea to the hands of many million users.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of design principles and methods.
• Ability to craft prototypes to test and validate hypotheses using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Expertise conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Mastery of industry-standard interaction design and productivity tools such as Figma, Sketch, mural, as well as knowledge of user testing and analytics tools.
• A dazzling online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process.
• 2+ years of experience in UI and UX, interaction design, product design, service design, and/or related field.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer problems by synthesizing behavioral information and imagining things as they might be, not as they are.
• Deliver user flow diagrams, interaction patterns, design specs, wireframes, information architecture, and prototypes.
• Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research.
• Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews.
• Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends.
• Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately.
• Create a bold vision and propose game changing ideas in areas of ownership.
• Influence cross-functional partners to focus efforts on strategic, customer-back innovations that have the largest business impact.
